In the gritty underbelly of Los Angeles' punk scene, Kate Clover has become an unmissable force. Fresh from a whirlwind 2023, including tours with punk icons The Hives and notable appearances across North America and Europe, Clover's live shows have captivated audiences with their raw energy and explosive presence.

With the release of her sophomore album, "The Apocalypse Dream," Clover dives deep into the heart of Los Angeles. For her, the city is a complex character—both muse and antagonist—shaping her narrative of dystopia and reflection. The empty streets of LA during 2020 served as the perfect backdrop for her neon-noir nightmare, fueling the album's creation.

"I Don’t Care," the standout track from the album, epitomizes Clover's journey of liberation and self-discovery. Collaborating with producer Jonah Falco and Grammy Award-winning mixer Carlos De La Garza, the album weaves '70s punk and power pop with lyrical nods to Beat poetry. It's a record that speaks to the chaos of the modern world, exploring themes of politics, love, and self-destruction.
